PParticipant is aware that this approved online traffic school course satisfies traditional traffic school requirements. BESTtrafficschool.com's course is equivalent to an 8-hour traffic school course. If the participant was specifically instructed to attend a longer traffic school course, this course will not fulfill that requirement.
Participant understands that if his or her court does not appear on the Best Traffic School or National Best Traffic Schools approved courts list and he or she continues with enrollment and completes the final quiz, no refund will be granted.
Participant understands that this online traffic school course is monitored electronically and, after receiving a certificate of completion, agrees to sign a statement, under penalty of perjury, that he or she read the online traffic school course material and personally took the final quiz.
It is the participant's responsibility to complete the online traffic school course with enough time to get the certificate of completion to the court or DMV by the court-assigned due date. Most courts give ample time to complete the traffic school requirement and participant will not hold Best Traffic School or National Best Traffic Schools responsible for delays due to the procrastination of the participant.
Participant is aware that, upon completion of the online traffic school course, a certificate of completion will be issued. Certificates of completion are processed and shipped on the next business day after completion. Depending on the court requirement, certificates will either be mailed to the student, mailed to the court, submitted electronically to the DMV, or faxed to the court. Regardless of the delivery method, it is the participant's responsibility to follow-up with the court or DMV to make sure that the certificate of completion has been accepted and that he or she receives credit for taking the online traffic school course.
Participant understands that all returned checks are subject to an additional $10.00 charge and that the online traffic school course may be suspended until satisfactory payment has been arranged. Furthermore, Best Traffic School and National Best Traffic Schools may invalidate the certificate of completion until participant makes payment in full.
